Fast service, friendly service, a good amount of workers but excessive. Food absolutely spot on, clean fresh and made to perfection. 10/10 from me. Chicken donner and chips with salad Donner on naan with salad. I Will definitely be returning

Great place with very clean food. All salad and chicken burgers are made fresh on the spot, great selection of crispy onions, fermented cabbage, lettuce, cucumber and tomato as well as the house salsa chilly sauce, which goes great with the chips and on the burger.

Amazing Kobedas and chips and burgers and pizzas. Excellent price and fresh food. Parking is relatively easy too. When busy hard to sit inside. One of my favourite kebab places. Can’t wait to go again.

What can I say about this place the Chicken Shawarma is definitely the best in the Oldham/Manchester area without a doubt also the Kobedas are the best I've ever tasted(no greasy back taste) the Lamb is always nice and soft not chewy like most places there's too much to mention as real effort is made to prepare all menu items to a high standard I'll say the Salad is always fresh and I'll just add how nice the Lamb Doner is as well as the Chicken Burgers all the food is made to order so really is as fresh as you get which I really do appreciate. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond whilst preparing your food so you get the highest quality that can be achieved the prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food they serve also they take hygiene very serious as the place is always spotless. If you've not been to Oldham Star give it a try you will not be disappointed and you will be kicking yourself for not trying it sooner. You could argue this is the best takeaway in Manchester which I think it is. Cheers guys

What can I say apart from fabulous! I want to try other items on their menu but the kebabs are that good that I would regret it if I went there and left without getting one of their kebabs. The kobeda is the best I've ever eaten and the chicken tikka is special, large portion size and tasty. A well run quality takeaway with a worthy excellent reputation!

Love the food, best known for kebabs and nan breads. One of my go to food places. Friendly staff always get a smile as appreciation for custom. Good location with limited seating area. Would have been nice if they had a bigger floor space to eat tin and also be able to enjoy the country side in the distance, which you can see if you sit near the door. Excellent rating for the numerous times ordered. Value for money if eating in or collecting in person. If you order through Just eat lots of service charges and it's pricey.
